Commercial Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance on commercial litigation cases, with experience in construction litigation being advantageous but not essential.

• Draft significant motions, such as Motions to Dismiss, Motions for Summary Judgment, and various litigation-related documents.

• Perform legal research and develop memoranda.

• Examine case files and contribute to litigation strategies.

• Deliver high-level drafting assistance on ongoing litigation cases.

• Work collaboratively with the hiring attorney to effectively advance cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Florida commercial litigation.

• Outstanding legal drafting capabilities, with the proficiency to independently create substantive motions and pleadings.

• Strong skills in legal research and analysis.

• Experience in construction litigation is beneficial, though not mandatory.

• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.

• A self-starter who can work autonomously and deliver high-quality results with minimal oversight.
