This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Offer assistance on commercial litigation cases, with experience in construction litigation being advantageous but not essential.
β’ Draft significant motions, such as Motions to Dismiss, Motions for Summary Judgment, and various litigation-related documents.
β’ Perform legal research and develop memoranda.
β’ Examine case files and contribute to litigation strategies.
β’ Deliver high-level drafting assistance on ongoing litigation cases.
β’ Work collaboratively with the hiring attorney to effectively advance cases.
β’ Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida.
β’ A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Florida commercial litigation.
β’ Outstanding legal drafting capabilities, with the proficiency to independently create substantive motions and pleadings.
β’ Strong skills in legal research and analysis.
β’ Experience in construction litigation is beneficial, though not mandatory.
β’ Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.
β’ A self-starter who can work autonomously and deliver high-quality results with minimal oversight.
