This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in commercial lines business.
• Provide quotes and secure new business for small enterprises.
• Assist small businesses in acquiring the right insurance coverage.
• Build connections with over 500 Personal Lines and Large Account Producers at EPIC.
• Cross-sell services to a varied existing client portfolio.
• Reach out to prospects via phone and email communications.
• Responsively follow up on all lead channels.
• Establish and maintain a pipeline of prospects to meet sales objectives.
• Formulate cross-selling strategies for current client accounts.
• Deliver quote comparison analyses and explain coverage variations.
• Utilize and uphold EPIC’s CRM and Agency Management System according to established standards.
• Navigate various risk profiles within Standard and E&S markets.
• Nurture relationships with referring producers, underwriters, and other key influencers.
• Participate in educational sessions, training, and other activities as directed.
• Meet an annual revenue target of around $150,000 in new business.
• A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
• A Property & Casualty license is mandatory.
• At least three years of experience in Commercial Lines marketing, placement, service, and sales.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty lines and services.
• A proven history of success in insurance sales.
• Extensive product and market understanding.
• A client-centric focus with a strong understanding of client engagement.
• A sales-oriented mindset.
• A proactive approach and readiness to begin immediately.
• A consultative, positive, and resourceful demeanor.
• Ability to present, communicate, and establish trust confidently and expertly.
• Capacity to resolve practical issues with various factors where limited standardization exists.
• Capability to learn and manage leads within a CRM system.
• Proficiency in learning and utilizing a commercial lines comparative rater effectively.
• Experienced in navigating different risk profiles in Standard & E&S markets.
• Willingness to attend educational, training, and other sessions as directed by EPIC.
