• Achieves designated sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Employs Trucordia's sales and marketing resources to carry out result-driven activities, including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and prospect presentations to secure new business.
• Serves as a subject matter expert to master the selected area of focus, enhancing the likelihood of long-term success.
• Regularly manages a portfolio of clients to ensure high renewal rates.
• Works in partnership with Client Service to evaluate renewal business and onboard new business accounts.
• Adheres to Trucordia's sales methodologies and best practices, ensuring effective utilization of Trucordia tools and the sales management platform.
• Valid Property and Casualty License issued by the state.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in an insurance sales position.
• Proficient in professional software applications such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
• Proven capabilities in analytics and both internal and external communication.
