• Achieves set sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Leverages Trucordia's sales and marketing resources to implement results-driven initiatives such as cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and presentations to secure new clients.
• Serves as a subject matter expert to excel in designated areas of focus, ensuring a high likelihood of sustained success.
• Regularly oversees a portfolio of clients to maintain elevated renewal rates.
• Works in conjunction with Client Service to evaluate renewal business and onboard new client accounts.
• Adheres to Trucordia's sales techniques and best practices, including effective utilization of Trucordia's tools and sales management system.
• Valid Property and Casualty License issued by the state.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in an insurance sales position.
• Proficient in professional software applications, including Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
• Proven skills in analytics and both internal and external communication.
