📋 Description

• Assists the Division Service Leader and Unit Leaders in the execution and oversight of methods, processes, metrics, controls, and frameworks that promote profitable growth.

• Manages the client experience delivery model to ensure it aligns with quality, timeliness, and consistency standards.

• Cultivates relationships with leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring that appropriate points of connection are consistently maintained.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty with a thorough understanding of insurance coverages.

• Must possess a state Property & Casualty insurance license.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, particularly in creating, formatting, and analyzing formulas while working within templates.

• Capability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
