Commercial Learning & Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a commercial training strategy that aligns with business objectives.

• Design and oversee onboarding, ongoing education, certification, and training for new products.

• Produce engaging learning materials, such as instructor-led content, eLearning modules, videos, job aids, presentations, and sales enablement tools.

• Facilitate training using a combination of classroom, virtual, and self-directed learning formats.

• Create training programs centered around Justrite Safety Group's value proposition, go-to-market strategies, product offerings, STUD-E, and commercial capabilities.

• Develop sales enablement resources that reinforce learning and enhance customer engagement.

• Oversee the management of the company’s learning management system and associated learning technologies.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training through participant feedback, completion rates, and business outcomes, while continuously enhancing programs based on insights.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to identify learning requirements and support product launches and commercial initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• 5-7+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, product training, sales enablement, or a related area.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning programs.

• Experience in developing technical, commercial, or product training content.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design methods, and modern learning technologies.

• Experience in administering a learning management system and creating digital learning materials.

• Excellent facilitation, presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
