Commercial Learning & Development Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of leadership development initiatives, which include training sessions, participant communications, ongoing support activities, and engagement of learners.

• Assist in the creation and execution of training programs that emphasize communication, coaching, analytics, peer leadership, and leadership skills.

• Administer project plans, schedules, deliverables, action items, and updates on project status.

• Organize training logistics, meetings, workshops, communications, and reporting activities.

• Monitor attendance, gather learner feedback, track completion metrics, and assess program effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, internal training teams, and external partners to ensure that programs are both effective and compliant.

• Lead training calls, meetings, and workshops as required.

• Discover opportunities for ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Leadership Development, and/or Program or Project Management.

• Exceptional skills in project coordination, organization, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects, timelines, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and other similar collaboration/project management software.
