This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Collaborate directly with restaurant and hospitality teams to ensure their kitchens operate efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair equipment such as ovens, refrigeration units, dishwashers, and more.
• Utilize schematics and diagrams to identify problems and implement solutions.
• Liaise with manufacturers and internal technical support when necessary.
• Install components and perform repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep clients updated and suggest additional services when appropriate.
• Manage documentation such as work orders, time tracking, and inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain an organized and well-stocked work vehicle.
• Effectively manage your time and workload to maintain productivity.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of practical technical experience (in refrigeration, HVAC, appliances, kitchen equipment, or similar areas—military experience is also applicable).
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation (including nights and weekends).
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Bonus points for certifications such as EPA or CFESA.
• Experience working with commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule efficiently.
