Commercial Kitchen Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide service and repair for commercial kitchen equipment such as cooking, refrigeration, and ware-washing systems.

• Diagnose problems utilizing diagrams, schematics, and practical troubleshooting techniques.

• Collaborate with restaurant and hospitality clients to ensure their operations continue smoothly.

• Engage with manufacturers and internal technical support teams as required.

• Install components and execute repairs promptly and professionally.

• Keep precise work orders, inventory, and service documentation.

• Organize and prepare your company vehicle for job readiness.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Mechanical skills or some relevant hands-on technical experience (in appliances, HVAC, automotive, military, etc.).

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Preparedness to join an on-call rotation (including nights and weekends).

• Capability to travel overnight on occasion.

• Technical certifications (such as EPA, CFESA, etc.) are preferred.

• Experience with commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment is preferred.
