Commercial Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct market analyses and studies to identify expansion and commercial opportunities;

• Assist in guiding and prioritizing commercial teams based on market indicators and prospects;

• Develop, track, and evaluate market indicators and commercial performance metrics;

• Create executive presentations and analytical documents to facilitate decision-making;

• Perform studies related to competitors, customer behavior, commercial efficiency, and growth prospects;

• Demonstrate curiosity and support initiatives in automation, process enhancements, the application of artificial intelligence, and new technologies to operations;

• Collaborate closely with commercial areas, planning, marketing, and other strategic departments within the company;

• Possess experience in data analysis, commercial intelligence, planning, strategy, or related fields;

• Have a background in developing indicators, performance analysis, and deriving insights for decision-making;

• Hold intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI;

• Exhibit proficiency in creating presentations and effectively communicating analyses;

• Maintain an analytical, organized, and collaborative approach;

• Display curiosity, proactivity, and a keen interest in technology;

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines;

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel;

• Familiarity with database management and information organization;

• Capability to analyze and interpret data, transforming information into actionable business insights;

• Strong communication skills with the ability to create executive presentations;

• Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset with critical thinking abilities;

• Capacity to collaborate with diverse departments and manage multiple tasks concurrently;

• Interest in technology, automation, and the application of artificial intelligence in business.

• Differentiating / Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and analysis;

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or automation tools;

• Background in commercial intelligence, planning, strategy, or telecommunications;

• Familiarity with generative AI and productivity tools;
