This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish robust connections with local business proprietors, entrepreneurs, and organizations to assist them in safeguarding their essential interests.

• Provide customized commercial insurance and risk management solutions.

• Serve as a professional and visible independent representative of Co-operators, enhancing our reputation and presence within the communities we support.

• Develop and expand a profitable and sustainable commercial insurance portfolio by prospecting, networking, and fostering referral relationships in high-opportunity markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a valid provincial general insurance license (or be willing to obtain one) and fulfill ongoing licensing and continuing education obligations.

• Have a background in commercial or personal lines insurance.

• Experience in managing your own business.

• A background in financial services, banking, B2B sales, account management, or business development.

• Experience in client-facing advisory or relationship-management roles where trust and credibility are crucial.
