This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Developing, executing, and overseeing account strategies aimed at enhancing growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating sales initiatives and addressing specific customer issues effectively.
• Communicating with customers regarding details related to delivery timelines, payments, and general terms and conditions, aligning with ABB’s offerings and strategies.
• Ensuring effective marketing efforts and conveying the value proposition to customers.
• Identifying and spearheading the development of new market opportunities within the assigned market.
• Managing administrative processes in sales and assisting with cash collection and project management activities when necessary.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Electrical Equipment, or a High School Diploma with 4 years of experience in the Electrical Industry.
• Required direct sales experience in the electrical sector.
• Proven strong verbal, written, and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving, selling, and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Broad business understanding, with the ability to plan and execute strategies.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory as necessary.
• Candidates must possess work authorization that enables them to work for ABB in the US.
• Choice between two medical plan options: a PPO plan known as the Copay Plan or a High Deductible Health Plan (with a Health Savings Account) referred to as the High Deductible Plan.
