📋 Description

• Employ analytical abilities to develop a thorough estimate of damages concerning both 1st and 3rd party material damage claims, leading to appropriate resolutions.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients across various lines.

• Negotiate settlements and ensure comprehensive documentation of activities related to intricate files.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.

• A background in field-based Auto estimate writing is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrates robust estimating fundamentals necessary to create or review estimates of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of varying severities.

• Holds a profound understanding of the content across all policy types issued by the company.

• Engages in settlement negotiations, processes settlement payments, and meticulously documents activities for the most complex files across multiple lines.

• Assesses settlement options by evaluating regulatory compliance and fair claims practices, determining the most suitable choice.

• Develops strong relationships with both internal and external clients across various lines.
