This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage incoming claim inquiries from dealers, repair facilities, sales agents, contract holders, and others through the appropriate channels.
• Handle contacts from the claims queues, including email and chat communications from dealers, repair facilities, sales agents, as well as both internal and external customers.
• Address various requests from managers and the lead adjuster.
• Communicate with a variety of vendors throughout the claim adjudication process, as necessary.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned and directed by management.
• Familiarity with the service contract, insurance, or automotive sectors.
• Experience working in a claims or automotive environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
• 1-2 years of experience in a dynamic automotive, insurance, or claims setting.
• Some automotive background, preferably in a service department as a technician, service writer, or warranty administrator.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Automotive training or experience is preferred.
• Some college education is desirable.
• Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Mechanical certifications (ASE) are an advantage.
