This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and uphold standardized reporting packages across various CPG practices through automation.
• Facilitate the standardization of financial reporting, revenue assessments, and analytical processes within the CPG organization.
• Conduct variance analysis and root-cause investigations pertaining to revenue, expenditures, and headcount.
• Collaborate with Commercial Finance leaders to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and provide financial insights.
• Test new reporting, AI, and automation tools while pinpointing opportunities to enhance repetitive analysis and reporting.
• Work alongside Accounting to address discrepancies between reporting systems and synchronize financial and management reporting.
• Aid in headcount planning, revenue reporting, month-end financial packages, and ad hoc analyses.
• Support business cases and strategic reporting initiatives, including the Complete Food and Complete Beauty programs.
• Assist in the rollout and adoption of reporting tools, templates, and standardized processes, including documentation and user training.
• Help with account transfer validation activities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in finance, FP&A, commercial finance, revenue analytics, or reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, Power Query, large datasets, reporting automation, and financial analysis.
• Experience in automating recurring reporting using Power Query, Power BI, Excel add-ins, or other similar workflow automation solutions.
• Strong analytical capabilities for investigating variances, identifying business drivers, and converting findings into actionable insights.
• Experience in working with large datasets to analyze trends and assist in decision-making.
• Ability to create, document, and standardize reporting processes.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Copilot and AI assistants for analysis, reporting, and documentation while ensuring data accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Finance, Accounting, and Commercial teams.
• A self-starter with a keen intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is advantageous.
