This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the creation and oversight of field force KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking to foster accountability and achieve results.
• Design, implement, and manage incentive compensation plans, encompassing goal setting, payout calculations, and governance.
• Take ownership of quarterly targeting and segmentation processes to ensure optimal utilization of field resources.
• Collaborate with Commercial Leadership to convert strategy into quantifiable field execution frameworks.
• Manage relationships with external data vendors, ensuring the quality, integrity, and value of data.
• Provide actionable insights and analytics to guide decision-making and enhance field effectiveness.
• Support field readiness throughout the pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases with data, tools, and performance frameworks.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Compliance, and Commercial Operations to ensure aligned and compliant execution.
• Continuously assess and implement best practices, tools, and processes to improve field force effectiveness and scalability.
• Over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations, sales operations, or field force effectiveness.
• Extensive expertise in the design and administration of incentive compensation.
• Strong background in targeting, segmentation, and field analytics.
• Experience managing pharmaceutical data vendors and syndicated data sources.
• Proven ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in supporting product launches, preferably within CNS, rare disease, or specialty markets.
• Capability to operate effectively in agile, fast-paced biotech environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
