This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• You will serve as the primary support for the General Manager.
• Ensure that the business operates with discipline and that every forecast is substantiated with evidence.
• Assist with end-to-end forecasting and collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales leadership.
• Provide clarity, data, and processes to enable the GM to make informed decisions.
• Act as the operational backbone for the commercial team, facilitating processes for deals.
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales to instill commercial discipline throughout the Sales organization.
• Be an active partner to the new VP of Sales during their onboarding and ramp-up period.
• Design and uphold the commercial reporting framework for the GM.
• 8–15 years of commercial experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or ERP environments.
• A proven history of supporting and enhancing forecasting accuracy in a multi-million dollar ARR business.
• Direct experience collaborating with senior Sales leadership (VP or above) in a high-growth or transformational context.
• Familiarity with ERP, manufacturing software, or supply chain technology is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Salesforce CRM, Excel or Google Sheets modeling, and business intelligence/reporting tools.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience; an MBA, finance qualification, or background in revenue operations is preferred.
