Commercial Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in tracking performance by generating forecasting reports and monitoring daily sales alongside key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Oversee and audit extended warranty contracts from the initiation of orders through to service and claims resolution.

• Manage the monthly reporting process in collaboration with insurance and manufacturing partners by meticulously auditing claims and premium reports.

• Supervise monthly data exchanges and communications with around 14 vendors.

• Aid in the review and validation of extended warranty claims.

• Contribute to the development and upkeep of rate sheets and SKU lists.

• Engage in special projects and carry out additional duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally 2 to 4 or more years of progressively responsible relevant professional experience.

• Excellent analytical abilities with a talent for identifying and addressing data discrepancies.

• Skilled in Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, etc.) and knowledgeable in Power BI.
