This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the regional sales of seeds by identifying and cultivating relationships with customers and distribution channels (dealers) to drive demand for SLC Sementes.
• Execute seed sales by leading negotiations through to order fulfillment in line with the company's objectives.
• Recognize demand from nationally covered accounts associated with farmers operating in multiple territories, and relay this information and demand to the Seed Sales Coordinator.
• Continuously analyze the region, implementing and categorizing leads in Salesforce to create commercial opportunities for the expansion of SLC Sementes.
• Collect insights on the seed market and inform management about potential opportunities for the company. Generate seed demand by establishing and conducting side-by-side trials on farmers' properties, while also managing trial follow-up, registration, and data collection to drive demand and accomplish SLC Agrícola's marketing objectives with breeders.
• Provide technical training and skill development to SLC Sementes customers to maximize the agronomic potential of the marketed products.
• Offer technical support and after-sales service for marketed products, advising on and ensuring proper pre-storage and effective seed handling practices.
• Resolve conflicts and handle customer complaints (both internal and external) within the service territory, assisting the Seed Sales Coordinator with nationally covered accounts.
• Aid internal seed sales administration by providing guidance on logistics, delivering timely customer information, and managing orders, while also supporting the Corporate Communications team to ensure effective actions and campaigns in communication with farmers.
• Completed Bachelor's degree;
• Degree in Agronomy, Forestry Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Biology, Business Administration, or related fields;
• Familiarity with the region is preferred;
• Experience in seed sales is advantageous.
