📋 Description

• Lead and expedite the contracting process for customer transactions

• Oversee the complete contracting workflow

• Draft and customize contracts utilizing approved templates

• Handle redlines and compile comprehensive contract packages

• Engage directly with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Security teams

• Extensive experience in sell-side B2B contracting, ideally in SaaS, technology, or professional services

• Strong judgment in balancing independent decision-making with appropriate escalation
