Commercial Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Offer legal support and advice across various company functions, including senior management.

• Encompass extensive legal duties related to the company's commercial interests.

• Draft and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), sponsorship and partnership contracts, as well as marketing, media, affiliate, product, and technology agreements, among other commercial contracts.

• Collaborate closely with teams across business technology and product, social/free-to-play games, marketing, finance, and operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from a prestigious US law school.

• Admitted and in good standing with one or more US state bars.

• At least 3-5 years of legal experience focused on the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.

• General knowledge of intellectual property concepts.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.

• Experience at a reputable law firm and in-house experience within a startup or large organization.

• Background in digital online gaming and/or sports betting (experience with marketing transactions is a plus).

• Understanding of the rules and regulations governing the gaming industry.
