This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborates closely with the Business Development and Sales Teams to secure new opportunities.
• Develops contracts and commercial strategies for significant bids and agreements.
• Oversees the review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial terms and conditions.
• Ensures adherence to all company policies, relevant laws, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
• Leads a team of experts and senior managers.
• Offers contractual, negotiation, and commercial business advice to leaders within the business units.
• Engages in the formation of business alliances, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Background in contract law along with management experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, encompassing diplomacy and collaborative abilities.
• Strong negotiation capabilities, with a proven history in international contracting and the negotiation of complex agreements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Extensive experience in contract management and dispute resolution.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing strategic, operational, and tactical responsibilities.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership abilities within a matrix structure.
