Commercial Construction Superintendent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement project timelines with accuracy

• Direct and synchronize project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers

• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality benchmarks

• Execute proactive strategies for risk management

• Perform regular site evaluations and uphold safety standards

• Facilitate clear communication among all stakeholders

• Guide the site team in creating a safe and efficient work environment

• Manage all elements of project punch lists and guarantee prompt resolution

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma (mandatory)

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction

• 2+ years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent (preferred)

• In-depth understanding of construction practices, building codes, and regulations

• Proficient in Office 365, Procore, and various project management tools

• Experience overseeing complex, ground-up construction projects

• Familiarity with industry documentation such as RFIs and Change Orders

• Valid Driver’s License

• OSHA-30 and Procore certifications (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
