Commercial Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee the organization, scheduling, execution, and closure of multiple projects concurrently.

• Guarantee customer satisfaction by adhering to project timelines and facilitating clear, accurate, and proactive communication.

• Create precise estimates for labor, materials, supplies, and project resources.

• Track budgets and deliver timely financial forecasts while staying within budget limits.

• Compile and maintain reports regarding project progression, scheduling, and expenditures.

• Convey project objectives, expectations, and deliverables to all stakeholders involved.

• Monitor project milestones and provide consistent status updates to leadership.

• Collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely execution.

• Supervise Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure documentation, completion photos, and cost tracking are executed accurately and punctually.

• Ensure accurate and prompt invoicing upon project completion.

• Assist with additional operational duties as assigned by leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in Project Management is essential.

• Preferred experience in managing large customer relationships.

• Construction industry experience is a plus.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), background check, and drug screening.
