This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for specific product lines within the Molecular Diagnostics division in Germany.
• Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and the competitive environment.
• Formulating product and business strategies throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Creating value propositions, establishing product positioning, and developing use cases.
• Collecting competitive intelligence and positioning insights.
• Providing current information regarding reimbursement.
• Managing and preparing for conference participation, including budgeting aspects.
• Compiling market needs and defining product requirements.
• Communicating market trends and significant events.
• Collaborating closely with the Applications Team on studies and evaluations.
• Adjusting and optimizing contracts.
• Setting pricing strategies.
• Enhancing Salesforce (SFDC) utilization and working with the SFDC team.
• Conducting product launch activities.
• Actively supporting the field sales team during customer meetings, projects, and tenders.
• Identifying and cultivating new market and business opportunities.
• Assisting with pricing, portfolio, and quotation strategies.
• Coordinating closely with product management, marketing, and R&D teams in Italy and Germany.
• Translating market requirements into actionable product and development initiatives.
• Collaborating on international launches and contributing to global launch and portfolio projects.
• Creating and maintaining product documentation, presentations, and training materials.
• Delivering product training for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Representing ELITech products at trade fairs, conferences, and customer events.
• Degree in natural sciences, life sciences, medical technology, biotechnology, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in product management, business development, or technical sales within the IVD / Molecular Diagnostics sector.
• Strong understanding of laboratory processes, clinical applications, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., IVDR).
• A solid market and customer focus, along with strategic thinking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Independent, organized, and entrepreneurial work style.
• Willingness to travel in coordination with the sales team for fieldwork, customer visits, and internal meetings.
• Valid driving license required.
• Proficient in German and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
