This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee designated product lines within the Molecular Diagnostics division in Germany.
• Conduct analysis of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive environment.
• Formulate product and business strategies throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Create value propositions, product positioning, and relevant use cases.
• Collect information on competitors and their positioning.
• Ensure up-to-date knowledge transfer regarding remuneration.
• Manage and actively prepare for conference participation, including budgeting.
• Compile market needs and product requirements.
• Communicate market trends and significant events.
• Collaborate closely with the Applications Team on studies and evaluations.
• Adapt and optimize contracts.
• Handle pricing strategies.
• Optimize SFDC and work alongside the SFDC team.
• Participate in product launch activities.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager and the sales team on operational tasks.
• Provide active support to the field sales team with customer meetings, projects, and tenders.
• Identify and develop new market and business opportunities.
• Assist in pricing, portfolio, and quotation strategies.
• Coordinate closely with product management, marketing, and R&D teams in Italy and Germany.
• Translate market demands into clear product and development initiatives.
• Collaborate on international launches and contribute to global launch and portfolio projects.
• Create and maintain product documentation, presentations, and training materials.
• Deliver product training for both internal staff and external clients.
• Represent ELITech products at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
• A degree in natural sciences, life sciences, medical technology, biotechnology, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in product management, business development, or technical sales within the IVD / Molecular Diagnostics domain.
• A solid understanding of laboratory processes, clinical applications, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., IVDR).
• Strong focus on market and customer needs, coupled with strategic thinking capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Independent, organized, and entrepreneurial approach to work.
• Willingness to travel in conjunction with the sales team (fieldwork, customer visits, internal meetings).
• Proficient in German and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
