This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Organize face-to-face presentations with key decision-makers, generate new leads, and secure long-term agreements.
• Revenue Growth: Successfully convert leads and enhance revenue through strategic alliances.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster robust relationships with clients and serve as a continuity partner for emergency service requirements.
• Communication & Coordination: Work in tandem with Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Field staff to ensure projects are executed smoothly and meet client goals.
• Marketing & Brand Awareness: Leverage various marketing tools to promote the company's services and boost revenue.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee, train, and assist in the maintenance of vendor programs.
• Professional Excellence: Represent Cotton Holdings with professionalism and integrity at all times.
• Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience: Demonstrated sales and management experience, with a background in the insurance sector being an advantage.
• Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities (both written and verbal).
• Technical Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required, along with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
