• At least 1 year of experience as an auto/liability claims adjuster.

• Relevant licensing and state experience.

• Proven understanding of claims laws and regulations.

• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and claims management software.
