This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review, redline, and negotiate agreements with customers, vendors, and partners, balancing effective risk management with a practical approach to finalizing business deals.

• Oversee the legal department’s intake queue in Salesforce, creating clear triage patterns and performing initial assessments to efficiently resolve inquiries.

• Employ and continuously enhance contract management and automation software to facilitate initial reviews and reduce manual administrative obstacles.

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Executive leadership, and InfoSec to ensure all required compliance approvals are seamlessly obtained throughout the transactional lifecycle.

• Perform an audit of the current legal case queue and contract data to pinpoint the main bottlenecks hindering sales cycles.

• Decrease the contract-to-close time for standard agreements by implementing structured playbooks and enhancing workflows within the contract management system.


⛳️ Requirements

• A proven track record of utilizing legal automation tools to significantly reduce standard deal cycle times.

• A formal legal education background (such as a J.D., LL.M., or a Bachelor’s degree complemented by substantial corporate paralegal qualifications) that blends theoretical accuracy with practical business execution.

• Demonstrated experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial legal agreements (including customer software agreements, vendor contracts, and partner frameworks) within a corporate environment.

• Experience with Salesforce and specialized contract management lifecycle (CLM) platforms to monitor workflows and enhance operational clarity.

• A keen attention to detail paired with the ability to think quickly, execute thorough project follow-through, and demonstrate exceptional commercial judgment.

• Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to cultivate solid, collaborative relationships across sales, finance, and external client teams.
