Commercial Assistant – Inside Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage with international agents, negotiating commercial terms for the acquisition and sale of freight and services.

• Manage clients assigned by Management in accordance with the control spreadsheet.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, negotiating purchase rates accordingly.

• Provide assistance to Sales Executives as needed.

• Attend and contribute to regular commercial meetings.

• Input and update interaction data within the Operations System and CRM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma.

• Preferred educational background: currently pursuing a university degree.

• Experience in pricing within the freight forwarding sector.

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.

• Basic understanding of international freight forwarding operations (preferred).

• Proficiency in Spanish at an intermediate level (preferred).
