Commercial ABL Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide due diligence services, which include audit engagements, portfolio assessments, and acquisition due diligence for a diverse client base.

• Execute on-site or remote engagements as requested by a bank or lender for clients requiring lines of credit that range from less than one million dollars to as much as one billion dollars.

• Carry out audits focusing on the company's collateral, typically accounts receivable and inventory, by grasping complex concepts or information.

• Document examination results in Excel templates and generate a detailed written report for lenders that outlines findings and exceptions.

• Engage professionally with clients, including conducting calls and meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

• 2-4 years of experience in Asset-Based Lending (ABL) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong analytical capabilities with an eagerness to learn new concepts.

• An innate curiosity about all matters related to transactions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to meet stringent deadlines.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word, or other data extraction software.
