This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog for two development teams.
• Own the roadmap and oversee the sprint delivery process, encompassing agile ceremonies, PRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and dependencies.
• Collect qualitative and quantitative product data, such as web analytics, usage statistics, and customer trends, to guide prioritization.
• Convert CRO, merchandising, and funnel insights into actionable technical requirements for the Engineering team.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to define product strategy, personas, use cases, and features.
• Work alongside developers, designers, program managers, and testers throughout the discovery, build, and release phases.
• Manage releases by coordinating timelines with Go-To-Market teams, composing release notes, and providing training for internal and external audiences.
• Assess AI opportunities within the commerce and payments landscape, bringing well-defined proposals into the roadmap.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance specification drafting, research synthesis, support and analytics data synthesis, and backlog grooming while maintaining ownership of key decisions.
• Influence the discovery and monetization strategy within the Logos applications.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and deploying iterative digital software products, preferably in ecommerce or app monetization (subscriptions, in-app purchases, paywalls) - strongly preferred due to the scope of this role.
• At least 2 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary product teams through the complete product design and development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and a flexible mindset as these processes adapt with the introduction of AI.
• Experience in owning and driving a product backlog and roadmap.
• Working knowledge of how AI is transforming product experiences in commerce (personalization, agentic checkout, recommendation/merchandising automation) and the ability to evaluate AI-driven feature proposals based on their merits, rather than their novelty.
• Proficient in using AI tools for daily PM tasks (spec drafting, research synthesis, backlog grooming).
