This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Personalized customer service.
• Participate in online meetings (video calls) for sales of various products.
• Conduct continuous follow-ups (calls and messages) focused on sales performance and customer recovery.
• Engage in team meetings and strategic alignment discussions.
• Reclaim leads that have stagnated and did not progress through our sales funnel.
• Ensure the generation of new client demand, not solely relying on the company's marketing efforts.
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel, whether in lead quality or volume, and communicate these to the marketing team.
• Daily entry of data into the CRM.
• Execute a high volume of follow-up activities.
• Availability to participate in alignment rituals (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings).
• Previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong active listening skills to build rapport with clients and extract important qualifying information.
• Ability to craft external communication narratives and utilize the company's language and expressions effectively.
• Proactive mindset and capability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of sales automation tools and CRM systems.
• Collaborative profile, with a sense of ownership over the process and a drive for results.
