This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Tuning heavy-duty DLN types I & II for emissions optimization and dynamics enhancement.
• Proficient in digital GT control systems for calibrations, minor maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Staying current with administrative duties, including the upkeep of customer service logs, internal service records, and final reports promptly.
• Knowledgeable in the maintenance and proper use of portable combustion dynamics equipment.
• Capable of working independently while maintaining regular communication with customers.
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety, and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with the team to deliver effective service to all customers.
• Executing controls field engineer responsibilities during periods when not engaged in tuning assignments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• A minimum of five years of professional experience in the Power Generation sector.
• At least two years of experience in tuning heavy-duty DLN turbines.
• Proven experience in customer interfacing.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.
• Flexibility in the annual hours commitment is available and can be discussed prior to the offer.
• Must be able to work in U.S. power plants and other industrial environments.
• Extensive travel throughout the U.S. and opportunities for short-term international assignments.
