This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new CSN Licensee locations throughout Canada.
• Assist new Licensees in navigating CSN systems, operational procedures, KPIs, and insurer program requirements.
• Evaluate shop operations to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing efficiency and performance.
• Aid in the establishment of operational workflows, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with internal CSN teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Transition fully onboarded Licensees to the designated Field Operations Manager for continued support.
• Offer onboarding assistance to U.S. operations as necessary.
• Provide coaching and operational guidance to newly onboarded Licensees.
• Identify performance gaps and propose actionable solutions to boost shop performance.
• Support ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, cycle time, repair quality, customer experience, and operational consistency.
• Track progress through regular follow-ups and performance monitoring.
• Cultivate strong relationships with Licensees while serving as a trusted operational advisor.
• Work in conjunction with the Programs & Services and Training teams to create operational resources, tools, and best practices.
• Deliver operational feedback and performance updates to Field Operations leadership.
• Assist with strategic initiatives and departmental projects as needed.
• Support the Field Operations Team during spikes in business demand.
• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in the collision repair industry is essential.

• Collision Centre Management
• Comprehensive understanding of collision repair centre operations.
• Practical experience with industry estimating platforms, such as:
• Mitchell
• Audatex
• Other collision management software
• Strong knowledge of:
• Collision repair workflows
• Production processes
• KPIs
• Repair planning
• Cycle time
• Customer experience
• Insurer performance expectations
• Excellent computer skills with the capability to swiftly learn new systems and software.
• Highly organized with remarkable attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while juggling multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
