This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Complete the CSR Role Based Certification and actively perform the responsibilities of a CSR for several weeks to gain a thorough understanding of the CSR role.
• Complete the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and actively undertake the responsibilities of a Parts Coordinator for several weeks to acquire knowledge of the Parts Coordinator role.
• Complete the Estimator Role Based Certification and actively fulfill the duties of an Estimator for several months to develop expertise in the Estimator role.
• Successfully complete the RBC (role based competencies) for each position in the shop.
• Finish the GM Onboarding program and showcase knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A college degree or military experience is preferred.
• Preferred candidates will have automotive technical education training.
• Completion of courses focused on repair procedures is required.
