This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of prospective families from the initial outreach stage through to enrollment, overseeing the entire consultative sales process.
• Execute outbound communications via phone, email, and SMS, while also addressing inbound inquiries generated from events, marketing initiatives, and consultations.
• Suggest the most suitable College Admissions Counseling, test preparation, and college readiness services according to each family's objectives and timelines.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling within The Princeton Review's suite of educational services.
• Assist families in navigating admissions timelines, strategies for standardized testing, essay preparation, school selection, and application processes.
• Build rapport by effectively educating parents and students about the college admissions process in an accessible manner.
• Help families gauge their position in the admissions journey and identify the next best steps for their students.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with prospective families during their decision-making journey.
• Manage CRM records meticulously, ensuring accurate notes, updates on the pipeline, lead status, and next steps are recorded.
• Monitor common objections, customer feedback, and trends in lead quality to enhance future outreach and messaging strategies.
• Regularly meet enrollment and revenue targets through consultative selling techniques.
• Create a sense of urgency around key admissions planning milestones while ensuring a high-trust customer experience.
• Represent The Princeton Review as a reliable authority in college planning and admissions counseling.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in consultative sales, college admissions, enrollment advising, education services, tutoring, test preparation, customer success, or a related area.
• Background in working with students, parents, or education purchasers.
• Strong comprehension of the college admissions process.
• Proficient in consultative selling, conducting discovery conversations, managing objections, and closing sales.
• Ability to communicate complex educational concepts clearly and confidently to families.
• Comfortable with proactive outbound outreach and managing a high-volume sales pipeline.
• Proven experience in managing opportunities within Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in follow-up activities.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and virtual communication abilities.
• Previous experience in college admissions counseling, higher education admissions, or test preparation is strongly preferred.
