This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Reach out to payers to inquire about the status of outstanding claim payments

• Oversee the rebilling process for all claims

• Identify and escalate accounts that are deemed uncollectible

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or its Equivalent

• At least 6 months of previous experience in medical billing or collections

• Experience within the healthcare or medical sector is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to utilize multiple computer screens and applications at once

• Excellent multi-tasking skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
