This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Engages with delinquent customers to set up repayment arrangements using a computer system and various collection software, maintaining professionalism, tact, and compliance with all relevant collection laws.
• Meets production targets and standards for managing delinquent accounts while ensuring high-quality service.
• Adheres to Client Operating Standards, as well as State and Federal Legal Requirements and Regulations concerning Collections.
• Carefully documents each account with the efforts made and outcomes achieved.
• Manages PCI Data with confidentiality and security.
• Over 3 years of experience in Debt Collections.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Client stipulations for this campaign necessitate a clean background check and a negative drug test result.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a production-oriented environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are essential.
