This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Convince overdue customers to set up repayment plans utilizing a computer system along with various collection software.

• Manage overdue accounts while meeting production goals and standards without compromising on quality.

• Adhere to client operational standards and comply with state and federal laws and regulations related to collections.

• Diligently and accurately document each account with actions taken and outcomes achieved.

• Ensure the confidentiality and security of PCI data.

• Work Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, with designated shifts from 7am to 7pm.

• Undergo three weeks of paid training.

• Be available for one late night per week and one Saturday per month.

• Maintain visibility on webcam at all times via CollabAI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Debt Collections.

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• A clean background check is required.

• A negative drug test result is needed.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to multitask in a production-oriented environment.

• Basic computer skills and typing proficiency are required.

• Comfortable working with multiple computer screens and systems.

• Personal PC or laptop running Windows 10 or newer; Chromebooks, Macs, tablets, or cell phones are not acceptable.

• The computer must be from 2019 or later.

• Must have 8 GB of memory.

• One USB Type A 2.0 port is required.

• Logitech H390 headset is needed.

• An internal or external webcam is mandatory.

• A wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speed is required.

• Network latency must not exceed 250 MS.

• A home office setup with an Ethernet connection is necessary.

• A quiet workspace free from background noise and distractions is essential.

• A private area suitable for webcam use is required.

• Must remain visible on webcam through CollabAI.

• Availability for 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7am and 7pm.

• Must be available for one late night every week and one Saturday each month.
