Collector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conducting debt collection efforts on overdue loans.

• Identifying and managing member assets, making necessary updates to member accounts.

• Executing collection tasks by communicating with members through various channels regarding overdue loans and negative share accounts.

• Preparing documentation for repossessions and selling collateral to recover outstanding debts.

• Safeguarding FFCU assets and ensuring repayment as needed.

• Proactively engaging with members to establish and maintain positive relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: guest relations, sales, customer service, account management, or banking.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience within a financial institution.
