Collections Specialist – Receivables Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and execute automation and AI applications in areas such as payment allocation, dunning processes, and fraud detection.

• Oversee and enhance payment workflows, manage refunds, and address outstanding receivables continuously.

• Develop a data-driven comprehension of payment behaviors and identify anomalies, including fraud patterns.

• Collaborate closely with departments such as Customer Service, Legal, Billing for damages, and IT to create integrated solutions.

• Partner with external market entities, like Crefo in markets outside Germany, to enhance credit assessment procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or financial domain with experience in payment processing, receivables management, or accounting, or a degree in business administration.

• Analyze the underlying causes of overdue payments, creatively devise solutions, and take responsibility for their resolution, no matter the complexity.

• Possess an analytical mindset with a strong inclination towards automation and process-oriented tasks.

• Proficient in both German and English (required).

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
