Collections Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Accountable for handling both outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts.

• Deliver exceptional support and service to our clientele.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service and collections, showcasing outstanding interpersonal abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in computer usage and typing, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and screens simultaneously.

• Previous phone experience in a customer service or call center setting.

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and be at least 18 years of age.
