• Comply with federal and state collection regulations, including the FDCPA

• Achieve performance targets while upholding exceptional customer service standards

• Prior experience in collections or customer service is preferred

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Capability to maintain professionalism and empathy during difficult discussions

• Basic computer skills and the capacity to learn new systems

• Bilingual proficiency is advantageous, though not required
