This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee delinquent homeowner accounts and accounts receivable aging reports.
• Follow up with homeowners concerning outstanding assessments, fees, and balances.
• Process payments, adjustments, credits, and establish payment plans.
• Maintain precise owner ledgers and account records in AppFolio.
• Prepare and issue collection notices, demand letters, and account statements per HOA guidelines.
• Address homeowner inquiries related to account balances, payments, and the status of collections.
• Communicate in a professional manner while resolving billing disputes and payment issues.
• Coordinate payment arrangements and monitor outstanding commitments.
• Manage homeowner accounts and collection activities using AppFolio.
• Update account notes, payment records, and collection statuses regularly.
• Generate accounts receivable aging reports and collections reports for management's review.
• Reconcile homeowner payments and ensure accurate posting to owner ledgers.
• Collaborate with HOA managers, accounting teams, and legal partners when escalations are necessary.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure audit-ready records.
• Assist with month-end accounts receivable reconciliation and reporting.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HOA Accounts Receivable or Collections.
• Proficient experience with AppFolio is mandatory.
• Strong comprehension of HOA assessment collections, owner ledgers, and delinquency management.
• Experience in handling payment plans, collection notices, and homeowner account reconciliations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail with outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities effectively in a remote setting.
