This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and inspire a collections team to enhance portfolio performance, decrease Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), increase percentage of current accounts, and minimize balances over 60 days.
• Propel collection outcomes to meet the annual business accounts receivable performance plan.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, sales teams, branch operations, and internal staff.
• Collaborate with Credit Management on more complex and high-stakes accounts.
• Assess Accounts Receivable outcomes and create detailed reports.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to the collections team.
• Ensure adherence to the internal control framework and established policies.
• Exceptional leadership and presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in financial analysis.
• Familiarity with the construction, distribution, and service sectors.
• Significant managerial experience ranging from 4 to 6 years.
• Demonstrated success in leading a collections function with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Capacity to collaborate across departments and influence business results.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred, although relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative.
