Collections Executive – Ejecutivo de Cobranza

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Reach out to businesses that are overdue and encourage them to make payments through predictive or manual dialing.

• Provide payment options to help normalize their obligations.

• Address or redirect any inquiries from businesses regarding the product.

• Meet the collection targets set by the department.

• Offer insights that facilitate process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A professional or a student in administrative careers from the 4th semester onward.

• At least 2 years of experience in debt collection for banking entities and Fintech companies.

• Knowledge of Google Workspace (particularly Sheets, Forms, Docs, and Slides).

• Availability for one day of fieldwork.
