This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Oversee outstanding payments and actively follow up with charter companies and clients.
• Retrieve security deposit returns following yacht handbacks.
• Monitor and collect commission payments from charter partners.
• Ensure that final payments from clients are received prior to departure.
• Engage with partners and clients through email, phone calls, and messaging platforms in English.
• Keep precise payment records and follow-up history in CRM and internal tracking systems.
• Work closely with the Supply, Commercial, and Finance teams to address payment-related issues.
• Identify recurring challenges in the collection process and propose enhancements.
• Generate reports and deliver regular updates on collection performance and outstanding balances.
• Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, finance operations, customer finance, or another client-facing financial position is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
• Proficiency in Greek or Turkish is regarded as a significant advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with making outbound calls and following up in a professional manner.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple cases at once while prioritizing effectively.
• Process-oriented mindset with experience in CRM systems or similar tools.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
