Collection Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with consumers to negotiate repayment arrangements or set up repayment plans to address overdue accounts.

• Equip team members with essential tools, knowledge, and training to excel in their roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• At least one (1) year of experience in Call Center and Customer Service (preferred).

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in Collections (preferred).

• Strong Mathematical and Analytical Skills.

• Proficient Negotiation Skills.
