Collection Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Reach out to consumers to discuss their outstanding accounts.

• Conduct skip tracing to find contact details and assets.

• Negotiate repayment plans that are customized to fit consumers' financial situations.

• Keep comprehensive records of all account interactions and progression.

• Strong motivation for unlimited earning potential through high commissions.

• High energy level required to manage a large volume of calls.

• Excellent communication abilities paired with a compassionate phone demeanor.

• Highly driven with outstanding organizational skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in third-party medical debt collection.

• Must live in one of the following states: Arkansas, Indiana, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, Georgia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, New Jersey, Delaware, Tennessee, or Missouri.
